Return / Exchange Policy
Our customers have a 30 day return policy upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason return them for a refund*, less shipping charges. NO restock fees.

*Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases. We do NOT refund the cost shipping only the purchase price of the item.

Embroidered or Altered items are NOT RETURNABLE, EXCHANGEABLE, or REFUNDABLE. Returned items must not be washed or worn. All original tags must be attached.

Return Authorization Required
Before you return or exchange any item for any reason - You must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which is required for all returns or exchanges, and shipping instructions.

Exchanges 
For faster service on exchanges, we recommend you reorder and purchase the correct item online. Send the return back to us with the RMA number. When the old products are returned we will credit your account, less shipping charges. The customer is responsible for cost of shipping the exchange.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with the return, exchange, and reorder.

Shipping charges will apply for all exchanges.

Defects in Workmanship
Defect in workmanship must be presented to us by phone (928 505-1054), fax, or e-mail returns@occupationalapparel.com within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)

Shortages or Incorrect Orders
All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by phone (928 505-1054), fax (928) 453-4289, or e-mail returns@occupationalapparel.com , within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)

Order Cancellations
Orders shipped, but refused by the customer will still be charged shipping charges. Embroidery orders which have already been submitted to our embroidery company cannot be canceled, changed, or returned. Orders which have already reached our distribution center cannot be canceled, changed, or stopped. Shipping charges will apply if the order has shipped or is in our distribution system. Orders that have been shipped, but not wanted by the customers should follow our return policy shown above.

 

        Shipping Information

Shipping Charges will be calculated during the check out process. Shipping costs are based on weight of the order and how far your location is from our closest warehouse.

All Orders are shipped either UPS Standard Ground or UPS 3 Day Select to the continental United States only . Orders for Alaska and Hawaii must be telephone orders. All orders require 48 hours to process before shipping, not including weekends or holidays. This includes 3 day select. Example: Orders received on Friday morning will not ship until Tuesday due to the weekend. Weekend delivery is not available.

3 Day Select does not mean you will have delivery in 3 days. Only that will we ship the order using UPS 3 Day Select, which is usually twice as fast as ground. We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS.

UPS Ground: After the 48 hour processing period, not including weekends, the order will ship UPS ground which normally takes 3-5 days for delivery.

3 Day Select: After the 48 hour processing period, not including weekends, the order will ship UPS 3 day select. (3 Day Select is twice as fast as Ground) Selecting 3 Day Select does NOT mean you will receive your order three days after the order is placed.

Embroidery orders may require up to 14 additional days before shipping.

Online Orders - Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order using the actual UPS published counter rates by UPS online. There are no hidden handling charges. UPS ground delivery will take 3-5 days on average.

Mail Orders - Flat shipping charges based on price. UPS ground delivery will take 3-5 days on average.
